I am a spirited designer, hands-on Creative Director, and engaged leader, with fifteen plus years of strategic marketing and results-oriented print and web design. I have over four years of agency experience art directing and more than five years of experience creative directing in-house. I am proficient in project management, brand messaging, print and editorial design, digital storytelling, event design, packaging design, basic HTML/CSS, UX/UI, responsive web design, and social media strategy.

I demonstrate strong organizational skills throughout the design process with a finely tuned analytical approach. Dedicated to streamlining and improving the cohesiveness of strategic messaging across multiple channels, I am a creative visual problem solver with meticulous attention to detail and possess the ability to multi-task and manage multiple project deadlines. I am design savvy, typographically refined, resourceful and inventive. Responsible for the stewardship, promotion, and transition of Rollins visual brand in all major communication mediums, ensuring all visuals and experiences reflected the mission and vision of the College. 
Strategic Communications
• Work with VP, Director of Admissions, communications staff and outside agencies to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns that directly affect enrollment

Creative Direction
• Direct and mentor a full-time team of creatives as well as supervise interns and assign and oversee freelance designers, illustrators, and photographers
• Collaborate with departments and lead the direction of concept creation, artwork, layout design, scripting, filming, and production, ensuring brand integrity across various media – including video, digital, interactive, campus TVs / marquees, radio, TV, and print

Visual Communication
• Direct new branding initiatives on the seminolestate.edu website including focus groups, user testing, sitemap, UI/UX and design  
• Full re-design of the College’s viewbook to achieve brand alignment
• Concept, layout, and design for InsideSeminoleState, a community newspaper targeted at prospective students
